Fred Danser has been passionate about baking for over 50 years. He grew up working in his father’s bakery , Danser’s Pastry Shop before opening a second location. In all he spent decades perfecting cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads. In 2000 Fred became a Certified Master Baker through the RBA certification program. For the past 20 years, Fred has brought his deep expertise to Puratos, specializing in sourdough as well as grains and seeds. He has shared his knowledge with artisan bakers, industrial clients, and colleagues around the world.
