Don manages the production and training for buffet, banquet, retail bakeshop and restaurant at M Resort & Spa Casino. Don was in charge of the opening team with chef Jean Claude Carnestrier the M.O.F and the world champion and chef Cedric Barbere executive pastry chef of Le Bec fin. after one year we were voted by Las Vegas R.J the best buffet in Las Vegas special pastry and here we go again we were voted the best buffet in 2012.

Don works on the following products: French bread, sour dough, raisin walnut, ciabata, foccacia, pizza, parker roll, wheat,multi grain, Italian pastry, brioche, puff bombolonni, chocolate and candy.
