
Lisa Kirschner
Lisa graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with an Associate’s Degree in Baking & Pastry Arts as well as Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Workforce Education. Lisa has been part of the opening teams of numerous Boulangeries in NYC, the Head Baker at a large wholesale bread commissary in Los Angeles, California and the Head Baker at the Artisan Test Bakery at Revent, Inc. Lisa has participated in multiple International Baking Trade Shows, trained, and mentored numerous baking professionals and is currently a tenured Assistant Professor at The Culinary Institute of America; teachings courses in Advanced Bread Baking. She is a passionate Bread Baker and believes there is something to be said about using the same 4 ingredients everyday.
